Our Cancellation Policy

At Attune Healing Collective, we deeply value the time, energy, and care shared between our practitioners and clients. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to create a peaceful and supportive experience for you, while also honoring the livelihood and preparation of our practitioners.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client in need of care.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full service amount.

  • We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise, and we will always approach these moments with compassion and understanding.

Arriving late may shorten your session time in order to respect the appointments of both your practitioner and the next guest.
